My Weekend

Was it a good or bad weekend?

Ok so my weekend was a little of both worlds. good and bad. Friday night work party (view last blog..... crap!) Saturday I sewed curtains for my bedroom I couldn't stand the early 80's grey and maroon pencil scribble pattern.. totally brought down my mood (for all the aussies out there the curtains reminded me of "Hey Dad"LOL) so They are now an indian print with Pink and oranges.. much better. Took my dog for a walk and waited to see if my partner would call saying he will be home today..... he rang their work car broke down and they will be hiring a hatch back (LOL) so I need to Fill in the time....... Mark Wahlberg will do that I think, So a couple of mates came around and we watched shooter.. very cool movie. Then PIzza .. good part of the weekend and then Jye (my partner) got the 9pm ferry home !Yay (or was it yay?) he was mr Cranky pants, it seems 14 says straight with 12 hour shifts working in 40 degrees celcius can make yu tyred and cranky, especially if you are crammed into a hatch back with 2 other guys and all of you scaffolding gear.. hmmmm. Then we watched a couple of DVD's and crashed. not a BAD day. Sunday. Mr Cranky pants awakens and we proceed to the Horseshoe Bay beach markets, along the way our Mate Brendo (aka police officer) just happens to be on duty with a speed gun when Jye is overtaking some tourists on a scooter.... NOT good!.. so he cops a hefty speeding fine (20 over the speed limit) and loses 3 out of 4 points from his lisence. CRAP But it could have been worse he could have removed Jye's lisence so , a lesson was learn't . anyways it was a really really hot and humid day so we spend the day under the fan in our bathers watching DVD's we watched 300. Generally speaking we are not couch potatoes but it's too hot! and then the day was topped off with a BBQ for dinner... this good.

Anwyays I have blabbed on about my weekend, I am not sure whatelse to put into my blog.. so yeah .
